When your coverage will start?

I am a current Everence Association Member.

I will be 60 years old (or older) as of my coverage effective date. Coverage will be effective on the 1st of the month following the day you complete your enrollment.

I understand that enrollment in this plan requires a 12-month commitment to the plan.

I also understand that anytime I cancel this coverage there will be a minimum 12 month waiting period before I can enroll in these coverages again.
